Terms and Conditions – Nordic Boost

  1. Definitions
    Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a business or profession.
    Products: all goods offered by Nordic Boost via the webshop.
    Agreement: any agreement or transaction between Nordic Boost and the Consumer, to which these terms and conditions apply in full.

  2. Applicability
    These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made by Nordic Boost.
    Before an agreement is finalized, the contents of these terms and conditions will be made available to the Consumer.

  3. Offers
    All offers by Nordic Boost are non-binding. Nordic Boost expressly reserves the right to adjust prices.
    Each offer includes a clear and accurate description of the products offered.

  4. The Agreement
    An agreement is established at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated requirements.

  5. Pricing and Payment
    All prices listed for products or services include applicable sales tax (VAT).
    Payments can be made using the methods indicated on the webshop.

  6. Shipping and Delivery
    Nordic Boost takes the utmost care when receiving and fulfilling orders.
    Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Consumer.

  7. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This period starts the day after the product has been delivered.

  8. Guarantees
    Nordic Boost guarantees that all products meet the terms of the agreement, match the stated specifications, and meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.

  9. Complaints
    Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Nordic Boost within a reasonable period of time, clearly described and in full, after the Consumer discovers the issue.

  10. Liability
    In the case of direct damage, Nordic Boost’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Consumer for the relevant product or agreement.

  11. Privacy
    Nordic Boost handles all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

  12. Changes to Terms
    Nordic Boost reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    All agreements between Nordic Boost and the Consumer are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from offers or agreements shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
